Shipping Method & Policy

Under normal circumstances, all goods will be in 2 to 5 working days, by our designated courier service agent. In the case of damaged goods during the delivery process, we will provide replacement / refund service.

Standard Shipping Time

West Malaysia - 2 to 4 working days
East Malaysia - 3 to 5 working days
Singapore - 3 to 5 working days

Shipping Charges

All products purchase from GiftGuru will be shipped via our courier service partner, Airpak Express & PosLaju. 

West Malaysia : RM8/parcel - 2 to 4 working days
East Malaysia : RM15/parcel - 3 to 5 working days
Singapore : RM25/parcel - 3 to 5 working days

Free Delivery

We will provide a free delivery service across Malaysia when you purchase the specified products / purchases in excess of the specified amount.

* Specific products : Products marked as free delivery / Package products / special promotional products

* Specified spending amount :-

  1. West & East Malaysia : Normal products – RM100.00 and above.

  2. Singapore : Normal Products - RM250.00 and above.

During peak periods, there would be some delay in shipping. Do bear with us if we will miss the delivery schedule due to massive orders and transaction and availability issues. However, as long as products are purchase before cut-off date, we will ensure delivery before the festive season, otherwise full refund will be provided.

Sensitive products such as aerosol spray, products with liquid content might take slightly longer delivery time due to the nature of the product.


Return Policy

We are offering a 7 days no questions asked return policy on all products, other than those being brought during the "Clearance Sales". If you are not satisfied with you purchase, you are allow to return the products on the following conditions : 

(a) The product packaging / seal had not been opened
(b) The product had not been used before
(c) Shipping charges to be responsible by the customer
(d) Refund will only be processed upon received & inspection
(e) Refund will be in the form of credits on our platform.

If you've received a faulty product, please reach out to our customer support team, we will response accordingly and provide a replacement.

Return request will not be entertained if: 

(a) The product is in normal conditions after packaging / seal had been opened.

(b) After the lapse of 7 days return period.
